Summer 2007 saw the opening of Unique Cottage Studios – a new Arts and Crafts facility on the outskirts of the historic market town of Spalding.

Located conveniently just off the Spalding By Pass, the Studios are set in Traditional Farm Buildings which have been converted to offer an attractive, functional space with excellent facilities for Painters, Ceramicists and other rural inspired artists.

The facilities are utilized by renting out individual studios, running courses and by operating an open access scheme to attract both professional and amateur artist practitioners from a variety of disciplines.
